German Sustainable Building Certificate was developed by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) together with the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Urban Affairs (BMVBS) as a certification system of second generation of Green building assessment system. The first certificate for “New Construction of Office and Administration buildings” was awarded in 2009.
The presentation will introduce the most important princips of German Sustainable Building theory and show some special german projects, which considers this principal criterias of sustainability.
